Andy Rawls, a furniture maker in Boerne, Texas, recently featured Berdoll Sawmill’s Texas Pecan lumber in a video he posted to his Youtube page. The video shows him creating a 60″ diameter table made out of pecan. Click here to watch the full video or see the video posted below.

“The following video shows the process for making a 60” diameter table. The joinery on the base features through mortise and tenon joints. The joints are assembled using a technique called drawboarding, where pins are hammered though offset holes to pull the joints tight together.
